About Entrust Arizona

Entrust Arizona regularly participates in community outreach activities, not just in Arizona, but around the world. Entrust Arizona’s President, JP Dahdah, was born in Guatemala and has seen the effect of poverty first hand from a very early age. His experience and commitment to serving has established the foundation to Entrust Arizona’s Profits to Philanthropy philosophy. Below please find information about the philanthropic organizations we support and collaborate with.

Advance Guatemala

Entrust Arizona’s President, JP Dahdah, serves as Executive Director of Advance Guatemala, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide aid to poverty stricken Guatemalans in the areas of education, health care and micro loans. Advance Guatemala aims at establishing lasting relationships with collaborative organizations that share their values and desire to create sustainable programs to give Guatemalans a hand up, not a hand out.

ASU School of Global Management and Leadership

JP Dahdah is an active member of the SGML Dean’s Advisory Council. The Dean’s Advisory Council is composed of member of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area who demonstrate prominent leadership in their professional fields. Council members support the SGML in accomplishing its mission of developing excellence in global management and leadership education.

Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group

ULI–the Urban Land Institute is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, the institute now has more than 36,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service. JP Dahdah has been the Treasurer of the Young Leaders Group since 2005.

Project C.U.R.E.

Project C.U.R.E.’s mission is to identify, solicit, collect, sort and distribute medical supplies and services according to the imperative needs of the world.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a children’s charity offering a mentorship program to youth ages six to fifteen. The charity, non-profit organization, recruits, trains and supervises volunteers who are capable and dedicated mentors. These volunteers offer their time and guidance to children who are seeking a mentor; a positive role model in their lives. JP Dahdah, Entrust Arizona’s President has been a Big Brother since 2006 and helped launch their Tres Hermanos Hispanic Initiative Program.

Wheelchair Foundation

The Wheelchair Foundation is a nonprofit organization leading an international effort to create awareness of the needs and abilities of people with physical disabilities, to promote the joy of giving, create global friendship, and to deliver a wheelchair to every child, teen and adult in the world who needs one, but cannot afford one. For these people, the Wheelchair Foundation delivers Hope, Mobility and Independence.

Military Families Foundation

The mission of the Military Families Foundation is to provide direct support to deployed soldiers and their families suffering hardships as a result of service to the Nation. 100 percent of donations are sent directly to military units through Family Readiness Groups

Homeward Bound

Founded in 1990 by a grassroots committee of community activists, Homeward Bound is a transitional housing program for homeless and domestic violence families with children in metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona. Homeward Bound is recognized as the largest provider of transitional housing in Arizona. Our mission is to assist families achieve economic independence, secure long-term, safe, decent, affordable housing and break multi-generational cycles of homelessness and domestic violence. Through a collaboration with AZ LeaderForce, Entrust Arizona’s Director of Business Development & Marketing, Timarie McClendon, serves on an Advisory Board for Homeward Bound.

Child Help

Childhelp’s approach focuses on the prevention, intervention and treatment. The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline, 1-800-4-A-CHILD, operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and receives calls from throughout the U.S., Canada, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam. Childhelp’s programs and services include residential treatment services; children’s advocacy centers; therapeutic foster care; group homes and community centers all dedicated to child abuse prevention, education and training. Through a collaboration with AZ LeaderForce, Entrust Arizona’s Director of Business Development & Marketing, Timarie McClendon, serves on an Advisory Board for Childhelp..
