Porfilia Gloria joined Entrust Arizona in 2006, upon graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She began her tenure at Entrust Arizona as a core member of the Client Services Department, assisting with new accounts and customer service responsibilities. In 2008, Ms. Gloria was promoted to Investment Transaction Specialist, where her duties are to facilitate all real estate-based investments for our clients. If you are planning on purchasing or selling an asset, such as, raw land, trust deed, commercial or residential rental property, Ms. Gloria will ensure you receive excellent client service throughout your transaction.
Tim Heller joined Entrust Arizona in 2005. He has over 30 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience and currently serves as Entrust Arizona’s Accounting Manager. In 2007, he earned his Certified IRA Service Professional (CISP) designation and currently oversees Entrust Arizona’s corporate and trust accounting. His responsibilities include billing, financial statements, general ledger, budgets, payroll, daily cash balancing, IRA transactions and IRS reporting. Bottom line, Mr. Heller is our money man. He tracks every single penny that Entrust Arizona is responsible for, either corporately or for our clients.
Kathryn Kaiser joined Entrust Arizona in 2005, upon graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Her initial responsibilities included new accounts, account transfers and non-real estate investment transactions. In 2006, Ms. Kaiser specialized in real estate transactions, including notes, mortgages and rental properties. In 2007, she earned her Certified IRA Service Professional (CISP) designation and is currently the Executive Assistant to Entrust Arizona’s President, Mr. J.P. Dahdah. In this role she assists in the areas of business development, event planning, marketing and relationship building.
Timarie McClendon joined Entrust Arizona in 2008 bringing with her more than 12 years of sales and marketing experience with specific expertise in marketing, brand management, PR, sales and business development. In her current role as Director of Marketing, Ms. McClendon’s duties include identifying new market segments, initiating contact with and cultivating client relationships while overseeing and nurturing the growth of existing campaigns. Prior to joining Entrust Arizona, Ms. McClendon held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a nutraceutical company where her responsibilities included directing and overseeing the marketing functions to identify and develop new customers for products and services. Previously she has held National Account positions at Time Warner and COMAG Marketing Group, a joint venture of Hearst Publications and Conde Nast. She is a proud member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group.
Timothy Schubert joined Entrust Arizona in 2007. He brings over 10 years of financial services experience, specializing in retirement plans. Prior to joining Entrust Arizona, Mr. Schubert held the position of Investment Services Manager and assistant Vice President at Colonial Trust Company. Mr. Schubert earned his Certified IRA Service Professional (CISP) designation in 2002. Currently he serves as an Investment Transaction Specialist, focused on all non-real estate related investments, such as, Limited Liability Companies, Promissory Notes, Limited Partnerships, Foreign Currency Exchange, Private Stock and Private Placements.
Kristee Wittrig is the newest member to the Entrust Arizona team. She was hired in 2008 to be our “Director of First Impressions.” Her experience is extensive in the financial services industry, working in various customer service related positions with Colonial Trust Company. At Entrust Arizona, she is responsible for new accounts, transfers, RSVPs, reception and customer service.
